Charlize Theron is staying ahead of the game, stepping out in New York City on Tuesday wearing a series of outfits and shoes from the Alaïa and Bottega Veneta fall 2026 collections as she promotes her upcoming Netflix movie “Apex.”

The fashion-forward actress, who is often spotted front row at runway shows around the world, also added two distinctive shoe designs to her rotation for TV appearances in Manhattan. Theron was spotted outside “The Today Show” in midtown early on Wednesday, wearing head to toe Alaïa. The entire look was from the summer-fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection, which included a standout pair of delicate mesh pumps.

The shoes made their debut on the runway in March in a variety of colors including black, purple, and gray. Theron opted for the charcoal gray style, which featured an elegant yet modern round toe. The vamp was made of a completely see-through mesh, which allowed a peek at her black polish pedicure.
The dainty shoes feature a satin trim around the low-cut vamp, and the rest of the shoe is made with the same satin color, including the covered sculpted heel, a slim ankle strap and the heel counter. The heels measured around four inches.

She paired the shoes with a gray knit dress is from the Alaïa summer-fall 2026 collection, which featured a knee-length ruffled skirt, a sleeveless design with a high turtleneck. The garment was styled with the same shoes on the runway, except they were paired with the black version of the design.
For the second appearance, the Oscar winner wore a cream colored sequined and textured top paired with a fringed mini skirt from Bottega Veneta‘s fall 2026 collection. The ensemble was for her appearance on “The View,” and she paired the spring-ready look with a pair of lace-up dress shoes, also from Louise Trotter second Bottega collection.

The stark white shoes also made an appearance on the runway at the brand’s fall 2026 show in February. The shoes feature a slim, low-profile silhouette, which is also trending in the loafers and sneaker space, a square toe, silver eyelets and a black sole with an ultra-slim heel. Theron is amid the press tour for her upcoming Netflix film “Apex,” which arrives on the streaming platform on Friday.
